Package Manager

You no longer need to leave Rhino to add plugins: Use the Package Manager to discover, install, and manage plugins and Grasshopper components. For developers, the Package Manager simplifies the publication and distribution process.

The Package Manager is also known as Yak, the name given to the command line tool. The feature has several goals:

  • Make it easier for users to discover and manage plugins.
  • Help developers to share their work.
  • Provide simple system administration tools.

In addition to plugins, we hope to support the distribution and discovery of other Rhino and Grasshopper resources in the future.
